Dear Mr. MacPhail;

I cannot thank you enough for the Fantastic Team you sent for my recent move.

A month before my move, my nursing job suddenly changed from part time to full time. That meant all my planning for packing went by the wayside. So when the movers came, they had to deal with a bad mess and lots of junk in their way. They did so with no problem, and with lots of empathy.

I am extremely grateful for this wonderful team that moved my family. The 3 men were good, fast and extremely competent.

They knew what to do with every situation. They not only handled the problem of my basketball net but also the challenge of my large and heavy fridge.

Team Fantastic did all this during a heat wave with no hesitation.

On arrival they asked before placing each box in the different rooms. On my previous move with another company, the boxes were just dumped in the living room so I had a real mess to deal with.

I can honestly say that these are the best movers that I have ever had.

I was pleasantly surprised that the final bill came within the estimate as that is so rare these days.

Bird’s will be the only company I will call for my next move which is known to be in a few years.
